Hunter Water SCADA upgrade
Hunter Water required an upgrade to their aging Telemetry systems for various pumping stations.
The project involved the installation of new PLC’s, 3G Telemetry equipment and antennas, testing & commissioning it, then co-coordinating with HWC for an organised cut over. Once this had been successfully performed, all of the redundant equipment was removed.
Being at various sites around the Newcastle region, no two sites were the same and this required a unique approach to each project, taking care to keep all communications online.
JA Martin were successful meeting HWC time frames and adhering to the required quality standards for the installations.
